Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be super excited about every item you purchase from The Rack Shack. We are happy to offer refunds on unwashed, unworn, scent-free, and tagged bras and sleepwear on all regular-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your receipt and all tags must be attached.

Please include a note with your reason for return. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items For health, hygiene, and courtesy to future customers, all items with a gusset (anything that directly touches your intimate areas) are final sale. This includes underwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories (such as detergent), or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.
