Special Order
We are placing a special order for you to make all your lingerie dreams come true!
IMPORTANT: please read below so you know what to expect.
For special orders you are expected to pre-pay. You can choose to pick up and try on your special order or we can ship it to you. If the item doesn't fit the way you would like it to, we issue a refund. It can take up to 10 days to receive the refund back on your bank account.
When the item(s) arrive in store, you will receive an email. Please check your spam folder if you haven't heard from us in the time that is highlighted below.
Because we have a minimum of items that we are obligated to order with a brand, we order once a week.
* It takes about 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive at the store.
* If your order is shipped from England or France, it can take one month.
* If your special order is shipped from Poland, it is most likely made to order and can take up to 2 months.
If you would like us to ship your special order, we charge a $5 shipping fee. Once we receive the item(s) in store, we will ship them to you and you will receive an email with a tracking number. Â
