If we are placing a special order for you to make all your lingerie dreams come true, please read below so you know what to expect.
Payment & Pickup Special orders require pre-payment. Once your item(s) arrive in store, you'll receive an email or text notification — please check your spam folder if you haven't heard from us within the expected timeframe below.
Order Timelines Because we have a minimum order requirement with our brands, we place orders once a week. Here's what to expect:
- Most orders arrive in store within 1–2 weeks
- Orders shipped from the UK or France may take up to 1 month
- Orders from Poland are typically made-to-order and can take up to 2 months
Trying On In Store You're welcome to come in to pick up and try on your special order. All items with a gusset (underwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikini bottoms) must be tried on over your own underwear. If the item doesn't fit the way you'd like after trying it on in store, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Your Special Order Prefer to have your order shipped directly to you? We ship via UPS and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders of $200 and above qualify for free shipping. Once your item(s) arrive in store, we'll ship them out and send you a tracking number by email.
Please note that when shipping, all items with a gusset are final sale — this includes underwear, bodysuits, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms. No exceptions.
